Straight from La Mancha de Plátano, chef Emanuel Ocasio is coming to Madrid on 7 June, during Bad Bunny’s concert week, to host an exclusive pop-up event showcasing the most authentic flavours of Puerto Rico.

From 6pm to 8pm, the chef himself will be at Calle 365 preparing his iconic tripletas live and adding the finishing touches to each dish on the spot, bringing Puerto Rican tradition and flavour to life in an intimate and special way.

The ticket includes:

1. La Tripleta — the iconic Puerto Rican sandwich with three meats
2. Puerto Rican-style octopus salad
